P5 Health Homework

For homework, aim to do the following aerobic workout at home twice in the week.  Challenge an adult to do it with you!  For an extra dojo point you can post how you got on and tell me which exercise you like the most and the least.  Good luck.

  2. Well done Erin! I love the fact that you are using outdoor learning as well as health and wellbeing. Keep going dad, you’ll get there by the end of the week. Take a dojo point in the morning Erin.

  3. My most favourites were windmill because i’m really good at it and the skipping one because it’s really fun. I done this fitness cycle with my big sister and when it got to pushups she couldn’t be bothered so thats why my least favourite is push ups but still it’s really good fun and healthy for you. Hopefully we will do this in class again tomorrow!!!

  4. My favourite was the skipping because i always do skip but my mums favourite was the running man
    i was better at the push ups on the second and from 6 onwards I done it perfect.

  5. Ben and I have just finished the work out. We liked the windmill the most and found the bend and shoot and the press ups most difficult. By the end of the week you P5’s will be ready for an Insanity workout!! Thank you for this fun homework.

  6. my favourite is the squat and me and my ma done this twice and I sweated a total of 2 and a half cups XD

  7. I managed this,but I had to have a glass of water half way through. My Dad and my sister tried,Maeve said she had a pain in her leg and Dad gave up (lazy bones!).

  10. Erin, Emily and I completed the aerobic workout this evening and I have to admit, my children put me to shame. They thoroughly enjoyed it and completed with ease. Erin enjoyed the bend and shoot the best and the least popular was the Windmill, it made us dizzy.
    Further update tomorrow.

  11. Ali and I did this last night – good workout!! Our favourite is the Reach and Squat, and our least favourite was the press up. We’ll do it again tonight, maybe this time with Mum too!

  13. We completed the workout tonight, it was fun. Mum did better than last night. I still really liked the bend and shoot the best, Mum didn’t like the Windmill or the push ups. Emily liked the kicking.
