Let’s enjoy to some Scots language today. Watch and listen to ‘Fireworks aff the Castle’ by Matthew Fitt. There are three videos on this link. I would recommend the second one because some of the words from the story pop up on your screen.

Today let’s use our hand span as a unit of measurement. Take a look at the picture to show you what your hand span is. Now go and measure your bed using your hand span. An example is my bed is equal to 12 hand spans long.
