  • Jog on the spot for 1 minute
  • 10 star jumps
  • Jog on the spot for 1 minute
  • 10 squats
  • Jog on the spot for 1 minute
  • 10 rocket jumps
  • Jog on the spot for 1 minute.

  1. Thea loved this. She’s currently doing push-ups and giving me a lecture on the difference between starjumps and jumping jacks!
