We made it to the end of the week, and what a week it has been. It’s the last blog post from camp and we don’t know where to start!
This morning we got off to a slow start and cases had to be packed, this was difficult for some of us but we got there eventually even with Miss Smyth taking left over belongings to breakfast to make sure we got it all! After another good breakfast the teachers gave each child an award…ask your child what their award was for, we certainly chuckled when making them up!!
A few different activities this morning and another shot on the zipslide, some of us even tried to go upside down!
We ate lunch outside and even had a some birthday cake!
We said an emotional goodbye to all the staff at Ford Castle, they really were so kind to all of us and looked after us all so well!

The children who went to camp were an absolute credit to themselves and to their families. They brought so much fun and enthusiasm each day and made it an absolute pleasure to spend this quality time with them, the staff have laughed so much with the children and created memories that we will continue to laugh about! Thank you all so much 💚💚💛💛
I had a great time at came and would’ve stayed another day I had so much fun at camp and would love to go again
Thanks to Miss Smyth, Miss Ford, Mrs Gardner and Mr McCurdy for taking care of all the children at camp. Niamh had a great time and think she misses camp more than she missed home!!!! Glad you all had a great time.
