Work on our new wall display about our “Food Glorious Food” topic is well underway. We have decided our “Ninian’s Nutritious Num Nums” will cost 50p and we have created our own posters to advertise this product. We have been creating catchy slogans to help sell this product, some examples are
“The flavours are tropically explosive!” (Krzysztof)
“Have a short break, have a num num!” (Edwin)
“So milky, forget about the UDDERS!” (Reece)
In maths we have been revising our written methods for addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. We had to make sure that we lined up our place values correctly when we were writing our vertical calculations.
We are also listening to the story of “The Magician’s Nephew” which is the first book in the Chronicles of Narnia. We are at the exciting moment when the characters Polly and Digory are about to visit Narnia for the first time!!!!!
