Good evening from a sunny and busy Broomlee Outdoor Centre. What a busy start to our P7 Camp. After an uneventful bus journey, we were welcomed by Dylan, our Supervising Tutor. Fire regulation talks then room organising (special mention to Michael and JJ who made their beds very quickly) was followed by our 1st Group Activity.\u00a0 Group 1 were raft building and group 2 were high in the trees doing the Cat Walk. Lots of challenges and working together but we were resilient and helped each other succeed. The Raft Group 1 built was christened ‘The SS Mary’. She didn’t sink- this time!<\/p>\n

Lunch and dinner was a highlight for many of the pupils- no-one went hungry.<\/p>\n

After dinner we competed in Broomlee Highland Games- where the girls won courtesy of their superior technique during the Tug Of War!<\/p>\n

Having enjoyed supper of hot chocolate and biscuits, we are all having an extended play before bed and lights out. Lots of tired eyes! Enjoy the pictures below. Can you spot the Cats and the Sailors?<\/p>\n
