Wow what an exciting time in Primary 1, Santa \ud83c\udf85\ud83c\udffb has sent one of his elf\u2019s to our classroom. He brought us a Christmas tree \ud83c\udf84 all the way from the North Pole and left us some things to decorate it with.<\/p>\n\n
We have also decorated our classroom door for Christmas \ud83c\udf84<\/p>\n\n
We have been working super had practicing the Nativity show and are looking forward to performing it for you next week!<\/p>\n
In RE we learned about St Andrew and that he is the patron saint of Scotland \ud83c\udff4\udb40\udc67\udb40\udc62\udb40\udc73\udb40\udc63\udb40\udc74\udb40\udc7f to celebrate this we made our very own Scotland \ud83c\udff4\udb40\udc67\udb40\udc62\udb40\udc73\udb40\udc63\udb40\udc74\udb40\udc7f flags.<\/p>\n\n
Our writing inspiration for this week was The Elf, we drew our own elf\u2019s and described them as well as giving them a cheeky name.<\/p>\n
On Friday Cookie Crumble left us instructions and ingredients to grow our own candy canes . Special soil, a candy cane seed and some special elf magic.<\/p>\n\n
We also attended the school start of advent mass. We were very respectful and joined in when we could.<\/p>\n
