What a great week in Primary 1!<\/p>\n

We have been learning to measure, we have used block, paperclips, hands and feet and finally a ruler. We discussed how it looked like a number line and how it can help us measure. We were all very good at using it!
\nWe had lots of activities around ordering things in size, talkers to shortest, longest to shortest etc. Finally we all got in size order ourselves.<\/p>\n

In our topic work we have been looking at Scotland \ud83c\udff4\udb40\udc67\udb40\udc62\udb40\udc73\udb40\udc63\udb40\udc74\udb40\udc7f and the focus this week was where we live, or where the school is, Polbeth. We had lots of fun walking round the village ticking off places of interest. We we excited about buying something in the shop and getting to taste a Subway. We finished off our walk with a trip to the park.<\/p>\n
