The children have adapted very well to the new rules and regulations and are doing a fantastic job being Ready, Respectful and Safe. They are enjoying being in the upper area and setting a great example for the younger children.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All about me:<\/strong> In order to get to know the children a bit better we asked the children to create &#8216;All about me&#8217; t-shirts. The children shared their names, ages, favourite subjects, songs, animals and colours. We have now displayed these in our classroom.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art: <\/strong>The children have shown their creativity by painting using the technique &#8216;Pointillism&#8217; They used some of the work by the French artist Georges Seurat as inspiration for their own paintings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>R.E- <\/strong>We have been learning our new &#8216;Grace before meals&#8217; and &#8216;Grace after meals&#8217;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maths:<\/strong> The children have been working on Place Value and understanding how numbers are made up.
