This week in P3B in PE we are doing rolls and hand stands for gymnastics. We were doing backwards rolls on a wedge and we were also doing rolls on mats.<\/p>\n
When we were doing maths we were doing more fractions. We were learning about equivalent fractions. That means when fractions are equal.<\/p>\n
In science we were learning about our senses. Our senses are smell, touch, taste, sight and hearing. We watched a clip about our senses.<\/p>\n
We learned about ancient Egyptian pyramids and made our own pyramids with a fact in them.<\/p>\n
For writing we were writing a sentence each and passing it on to the next person who hadn\u2019t seen any of the previous sentences. We ended up with some very silly and funny stories. We also started to learn about commas in a list and played a game about making a shopping list for the supermarket.<\/p>\n
On Thursday we celebrated World Book Day. We did a scavenger hunt with P3A. We had to find and solve clues to unlock the cupboard with the Book Day Tokens in them. We also showed our wooden spoon characters to P3A and got to see the ones they had made.<\/p>\n
On Friday we went to Mass in the school then we did the Newsround quiz of the week and got 3 out of 5.<\/p>\n
