This week we are going to bring together all of the skills we have been learning over the past few weeks to create our very own at home Pentathlon.\u00a0 You will be using the skills and tips you have been learning to take part in five events each day: Shuttle runs, standing long jump, vertical jump, speed bounce and target throw.\u00a0 I have posted your task sheet below, please make sure that you read the instructions carefully and watch the videos before you begin the task.<\/p>\n
