Today we are going to look at the \u2018Eatwell Plate\u2019, which shows how much of what we eat overall should come from each food group to achieve a healthy, balanced diet.<\/p>\n

  2. Look at the list of foods, DRAW<\/strong> each food in the correct Eatwell section. Eatwell sorting<\/a><\/li>\n
