We designed a chair for Baby Bear using the loose parts in the classroom and we used our little teddy to test them out. We tried hard to make it comfy! The dragon also left us the ingredients to make porridge so we got to taste it made with water and then milk. It was delicious! We made Wanted Posters for Goldilocks so that the Bears can find her.

In Maths, we have been learning about sharing out items and we used cupcakes to share between the fairy tale characters. We noticed that sometimes it wasn’t fairly shared out so we helped to fix it.

We enjoyed another session in the Woodland with Kids Gone Wild and we had to sort the rubbish to see how long it would take to decompose. We then got to use the zipline!

Here are some of our personal highlights from this week:

Amelia – I enjoyed eating the porridge.

Alfie – I enjoyed playing UNO.

Mikayla – I enjoyed making our Wanted Posters.

Hanna – I enjoyed doing models.

Sebastian – I enjoyed drawing Goldilocks.

Congratulations to Lincoln who is our Reading Champion for this fortnight. He has been reading lots of Fairy Tales and is able to confidently retell the stories.

This week we have been reading Goldilocks and the 3 Bears.
