We have been practising very hard for our Nativity and had a practise wearing our costumes.\u00a0 We were all very excited and can\u2019t wait to perform for you all next week.<\/p>\n
On Tuesday we decorated our class Christmas tree.\u00a0 We love how it turned out.\u00a0 The same day we had our very first Christmas Lunch at St. John Ogilvie, we were very exctied and it tasted delicious.<\/p>\n
This week we introduced the sounds h and u.\u00a0 We did some word building and also dictation of simple sentences.<\/p>\n
In Maths we worked on addition \u2013 we are all trying very hard and our teachers are proud of us.\u00a0 We are working on quick mental recall<\/p>\n
We recapped recognition of coins, worked on ordering them by value and then made amounts using 1p coins. Some of us even managed to make amounts using different coins.<\/p>\n
Topic we learned about emergency vehicles and looked at what is inside each vehicle to help look after people in an emergency.<\/p>\n
In Gym we practised dancing for our Christmas Party.<\/p>\n
Today we had our area advent service, P3\/2 led us in hymns and prayers and we lit the second purple candle on our advent wreath.<\/p>\n
