Big hello to P4B families,<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n \u202fOur classroom has been full of creativity, collaboration and magic this week!\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In literacy, we have started our learning of descriptive writing and were writing about the features of a castle. For spelling we focused on silent b and k words. To develop our comprehension work, we looked at how to write a good answer to questions by using the key words in the question.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n In maths, we were jumping in 50s, 20s and 25s. In beyond number, we started our topic of money and made different amounts with a combination of different coins. We also created posters about \u2018Building Thinking Classrooms\u2019 approach to maths: why we do it and the skills we are developing.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Pupil Highlights:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Hameedah enjoyed creating stained glass windows during topic time.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Cemre loved created a portrait of the P4B queen (Miss Mushet) with a lovely glittery dress.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Abdul and Vedansh have enjoyed taking part in bench ball and capture the flag.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n Miss Mushet\u2019s Highlight:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n I really enjoyed learning more about Building Thinking Classrooms on my course and sharing it with the class.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Big hello to P4B families,\u00a0 \u202fOur classroom has been full of creativity, collaboration and magic this week!\u00a0\u00a0 In literacy, we have started our learning of descriptive writing and were writing about the features of a castle.
