Hi Families of Primary 2A,<\/p>\n

We have had another exciting week of learning.<\/p>\n

In RE we have been learning about doubting Thomas and the story of ‘The Good Shepherd’. In literacy we learned the magic e sound, u-e. We began to learn how to write recounts and enjoyed studying the recount of ‘My Holiday Diary’. In numeracy we have been learning to multiply and divide by two.<\/p>\n

The children really enjoyed planting seeds on Thursday. They are very excited to see if their cress grows and are doing a great job of caring for their seeds by watering them and making sure they have sunlight.<\/p>\n

Here are some highlights from pupils in P2A:<\/p>\n

Aadya and Vivien – We had lots 0f fun planting seeds.<\/p>\n

Rory, Laura and Tadiwa – We liked learning the 2 times tables.<\/p>\n

Linda and Jiade – We enjoyed learning how to divide by 2.<\/p>\n

Diana – I enjoyed free writing\u00a0 Friday. I wrote about unicorns.<\/p>\n

Huge congratulations to Rory, our hot chocolate winner!<\/p>\n
