Hello families of P2a<\/p>\n

This week we have continued to work on subtraction within 20, using many different strategies. We learned how to use a number line to jump back and completed lots of number line challenges.<\/p>\n

In writing, we continued to learn about narrative writing and we planned and wrote our own super narrative stories.<\/p>\n

We enjoyed learning about different types of jobs and learned new phrases in Spanish. We can now tell people how we feel in Spanish and can ask others how they are.<\/p>\n

Our Highlights:<\/p>\n

Aadya – I enjoyed Spanish. I learned how to ask ‘how are you?’ and learned different ways to answer this question.<\/p>\n

Angel – I liked writing my story about Big Dinosaur and Little Dinosaur.<\/p>\n

Zion – My favourite thing was using the rekenreks to do subtraction.<\/p>\n

Ollie – I loved dancing in the playground, with the Friday music, with Caleb, Rory and Jack.<\/p>\n

Linda – I liked doing ball skills in PE.<\/p>\n
