Hello P2B families!<\/p>\n

Here are our highlights from the Blue and Yellow Tables:<\/p>\n

Reesa has continued to enjoy the daily stories from a P7 before home time during our season of Advent.\u00a0 She could not pick her favourite one as she enjoyed them all so much.<\/p>\n

Georgia-Rose said a favourite part of her week was making our Spanish Christmas cards.\u00a0 Parents, you are in for a treat when we take these home!\u00a0 The children worked very hard on them.\u00a0 Feliz Navidad!<\/p>\n

Lilly loved watching the Christmas movie, Home Alone as a special treat after our Christmas lunch.<\/p>\n

Sofia enjoyed watching the Cbeebies pantomime, \u2018Alice in Wonderland\u2019 was Mrs Morrison during Music.<\/p>\n

Eli said the highlight of his week was our Christmas themed maths.<\/p>\n

Blair loved his Christmas lunch.\u00a0 He ordered steak pie and jelly, which he claims is the best food in the world!\u00a0 A big thank you to all the kitchen staff for another fine Christmas meal.<\/p>\n

Mrs Devlin\u2019s favourite part of the week was our learning about the \u2018Magic e\u2019.\u00a0 The children made wands to help the Magic e to do it\u2019s job of turning a short vowel sound into a long vowel sound (or it\u2019s name).\u00a0 They became really excited when they spotted a word in their environment that had a magic e as the week progressed.\u00a0 Maja, for example, spotted the \u2018home\u2019 key on the screen of the computer.\u00a0 Well done Maja!<\/p>\n

Congratulations to Eli, our Hot Chocolate award winner this week and to Sofia, our Reading Champion!<\/p>\n
