We have had a great week here in Primary 3B.<\/p>\n
Literacy<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n This week we have focused on a book called “The man who wore all his clothes”. We made predictions, thinking about what we think might happen. We identified the key events in each chapter the created a story hill where we put the chapters in order.<\/p>\n Maths<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We have started to look at fractions, we have explored halves, quarters and thirds.\u00a0 We went outside to measure things in the playground using metre sticks.<\/p>\n Health & Wellbeing<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n We continued learning about how to keep our bodies health and how to have a balanced diet.<\/p>\n Pupil highlights<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Layla – I enjoyed doing work on emotion cogs with Mrs Dickie.<\/p>\n Zac – I enjoyed doing PE with Mrs Lafferty. We were doing\u00a0 standing long jump, running long jump and speed bounce.<\/p>\n Leah – I have enjoyed doing the halves of shapes.<\/p>\n Matteo – I liked doing the literacy work with “The man who wore all his clothes”.<\/p>\n Shelby – I liked doing fractions and looking at quarters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" We have had a great week here in Primary 3B.
