Dear Parents,<\/p>\n

Our topic has been Democracy and we have been learning about Local, Scottish and U.K. Politics. We have created our own new parties with their own manifestos. We decided to focus on what we would do to improve our own school. Very local democracy in action.<\/p>\n

inviting the P6s to our hustings, our 10 brave candidates gave their speeches and we held a vote. A big well done to Lucy and Swag Scotland Party from 7b, who won by a single vote!<\/p>\n

Preparation for Confirmation continues and it won’t be long now. Father Simon brought in a Bishop’s Crook and Mitre for the confirmandi to try out as Archbishop Leo will be celebrating the confirmation with our P7s. Here are a few new bishops!<\/p>\n
