11th March"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We have had a fantastic week.\u00a0 Mrs Ross was with us on Monday and we began our collaborative story with her.\u00a0 We had great ideas and made a creative start.\u00a0 \u00a0All week we have been working with P5, P6 and P7 to create books and can&#8217;t wait to read them all next week.\u00a0 \u00a0Eilidh said &#8220;this was the best part of the week.\u00a0 I liked sharing my ideas and think the stories are going to be amazing!&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>We have also enjoyed the story &#8216;Bloom&#8217; by Anne Booth.\u00a0 The story is all about a little girl, a flower and a grumpy old man.\u00a0 It helped us to understand the impact of positive words and how they can help us to grow and &#8216;bloom&#8217;.\u00a0 We are making a bloom garden for the area display and Max particularly enjoyed making the flowers and Fahad liked making the bugs and beasties for the garden.<\/p>\n<p>Farrah said one of the best things this week was seeing the spoons that people had turned into characters from their favourite stories.\u00a0 They were all fantastic!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-13483\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/stjohnogilvieprimary\/uploads\/sites\/6314\/2022\/03\/11125449\/Blog-post-11-March--300x225.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/stjohnogilvieprimary\/uploads\/sites\/6314\/2022\/03\/11125449\/Blog-post-11-March--300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/stjohnogilvieprimary\/uploads\/sites\/6314\/2022\/03\/11125449\/Blog-post-11-March--1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/stjohnogilvieprimary\/uploads\/sites\/6314\/2022\/03\/11125449\/Blog-post-11-March--768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/stjohnogilvieprimary\/uploads\/sites\/6314\/2022\/03\/11125449\/Blog-post-11-March-.jpg 1260w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>Here are a selection of them.<\/p>\n<p>In Spanish, we have been learning about &#8216;ma familia&#8217;
