Nathan liked playing \u2018Chaos Tig\u2019 at PE with Mrs Lafferty.<\/p>\n
Kayla enjoyed continuing to learn about Livingston.\u00a0 This week we learned about all the public art on display all around our town.\u00a0 The children recalled seeing many of these pieces but never knew what they were.\u00a0 Now the know their name and what they mean!\u00a0 They each picked their favourite one and tried to recreate it on paper.\u00a0 Be sure to look out for this super art this weekend on Seesaw!\u00a0 Soon we will move on to our new topic, Space.<\/p>\n
Emily said she also liked PE.<\/p>\n
Isabel loved reading \u2018The Crunching Munching Caterpillar\u2019 from our class library.\u00a0 I shared with her how well I know this book as it was my oldest daughter\u2019s favourite growing up.<\/p>\n
Ben liked learning about the baptism of Jesus.\u00a0 Next week we will continue to learn about the Sacrament of Baptism.<\/p>\n
My highlight was the new class novel we started, \u2018The Magic Finger\u2019.\u00a0 The children were so engrossed in it and can\u2019t wait to find out what happens next!\u00a0 There was much giggling at the start when they learned how the main character put the magic finger on her teacher and turned her into a cat!\u00a0 You can imagine what happened next!\u00a0 Yes, Mrs Devlin started to meow after 26 magic fingers where pointed at her. :-)\ud83d\udc31<\/p>\n
