Hello P2A families!<\/p>\n

Here are the learning highlights of the week from the Blue Table:<\/p>\n

Ollie enjoyed celebrating Chinese New Year!\u00a0 His favourite activity was trying to lift \u201cnoodles\u201d with chopsticks.\u00a0 I hope you all enjoyed the pictures on Seesaw.<\/p>\n

Ella said her favourite learning experience this week was Time.\u00a0 We revised \u2018o\u2019clock\u2019 in both analogue and digital clocks and next week will move onto half past.<\/p>\n

John liked our learning on the history of Livingston.\u00a0 We heard how a key figure in our local history \u2018Sir Patrick Murray\u2019 is the reason why we have so many beautiful trees and plants in Livingston.\u00a0 Next week we learn about another key figure in our local history, James Young and his role in the mining industry of Livingston.<\/p>\n

Paige shared how she liked learning the joined up letters \u2018an\u2019 during handwriting with Mrs Morrison.<\/p>\n

My highlight was seeing how interested the children were learning about the history of Livingston.\u00a0 Zosia shared on Seesaw \u2018de Leving\u2019s Peel\u2019 painted on canvas and David K shared his Peel having built it on Minecraft!\u00a0 Amazing!\u00a0 I also LOVED the baby pictures that were sent in for our \u2018Guess the Baby\u2019 game.\u00a0 So many children looked exactly as they do now only smaller and every single one of them were so beautiful!\u00a0 If you have yet to send in your picture then it is not too late.\u00a0 I know your child is excited to share it with the class.<\/p>\n
