Dear Parents,<\/p>\n

We had a busy week this week with P7a holding a St. Andrew’s Day Assembly for the school.<\/p>\n

Over Teams we told the story of the life of St. Andrew and how it was he became Patron Saint of Scotland.<\/p>\n

We were also able to share some of Scotland’s culture through songs and poems and Mrs McKissack provided<\/p>\n

the whole school with a taste of Scotland with a treat of Irn-Bru and Shortbread.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

We once again used Sumdog for our maths homework and 19 of us managed to complete ALL 1000 sums which<\/p>\n

was enough to take us, comfortably, to first place and this time no one came in at the last moment to beat us.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

It also means Mr McGurn owes us a reward for our hard work!<\/p>\n

And on Friday we got to go to the hall with our P1 buddies for the blessing of the crib, it was lovely to hear them singing!<\/p>\n
