Primary 4 have had another busy week!<\/p>\n

Literacy<\/strong>\u00a0 – We have been continuing to learn about how to write instructions and we have also looked closely at the grammar and language used within procedure writing.<\/p>\n

Numeracy –<\/strong> Primary 4 have been learning to use rounding\u00a0 to estimate the correct answer to a calculation. We have\u00a0 also had great fun creating and designing our own maths board games for children of our own age. Next week, we are going to write instructions describing how to make a board game during our writing lesson.<\/p>\n

Topic<\/strong> –\u00a0 As part of our Scottish Inventors topic we have been researching John Logie Baird, learning about his life and what he was famous for.<\/p>\n

Technology\u00a0<\/strong>– Our class have been learning how to open teams, complete a document and “turn in” our work!<\/p>\n

Hot Chocolate Winner\u00a0<\/strong>– Congratulations to Veerica who was nominated for our Hot Chocolate Award this week.<\/p>\n
