We are happy to be back together in school.\u00a0 We learned the letter \u2018r\u2019 this week and we have shown that we can read and spell words with \u2018r\u2019.\u00a0 We had great handwriting!\u00a0 We have been doing lots of revision of our sounds to see what we remember.\u00a0 The staff were very impressed with how many we could say. We were reading The Fairytale Hairdresser and Snow White.<\/p>\n
We have been thinking about how we can give to others during Lent.\u00a0 We thought of lots of things we can do to be kind to each other.\u00a0 This week we have been trying hard to share toys in the classroom.<\/p>\n
In maths we have been learning about ordinal numbers.\u00a0 We had to say what items were 1st<\/sup>, 2nd<\/sup>, 3rd<\/sup>, 4th<\/sup>, etc.\u00a0 We also practised our adding and take away sums.<\/p>\n It is Fairtrade Fortnight so we have been learning what Fairtrade is and how to find Fairtrade Products.\u00a0 We have to look for the logo.\u00a0 We learned some songs about Fairtrade.
