This week we have been writing our numbers and letters on our new clipboards.\u00a0 We also drew some pictures.<\/p>\n

We have been working on our new sound \u2018s\u2019.\u00a0 We had to listen for the sound at the beginning or the end.\u00a0 In writing we wrote all about what Ogilvie Bear can see.\u00a0 He was at the zoo.\u00a0 We need to remember the full stop at the end.<\/p>\n

This week we learned how to write 6 and 7 correctly. We need to keep practising.\u00a0 We can show different ways of making 6 and 7 using our finger patterns.<\/p>\n

In Science we learned about our sense of sight.\u00a0 We learned about our eyes and some important words \u2018pupil\u2019 and \u2018nerve\u2019.\u00a0 We know that the eyes have to work with our brain to see things the right way up.<\/p>\n

In Outdoor Learning, we had a Scavenger Hunt to find things in the woodland.\u00a0 Then we got to play with the mud kitchen.\u00a0 We had woodland soup, salad and spaghetti.\u00a0 Some people were playing with the sticks.<\/p>\n

Ollie \u2013 I liked going into the Woodland.<\/p>\n

Minny-Lydi \u2013 I liked finding things.<\/p>\n

Nathan \u2013 I liked playing with everybody.<\/p>\n

Julia \u2013 I liked colouring in.<\/p>\n

Ben \u2013 I liked the Scavenger Hunt.<\/p>\n

Aiden G \u2013 I liked going to the Woodland.<\/p>\n

Joseph \u2013 I liked drawing on the clip boards and the post it notes.<\/p>\n
