Leyla and Lincoln went on an important car journey with Mrs Sinnott and Miss Smyth to visit Mill Garden Centre to pick a tree for our nursery garden. Colin was a great help showing us different types of trees that would be best for our garden. Leyla  and Lincoln enjoyed learning about the trees and how tall they would grow.

When we came back from the garden centre we looked for a spot for the tree. We worked together to dig a hole and plant the tree. The boys and girls thought it was very hard work digging the hole. We spoke about what trees need to grow, Louie went to get some water to help it grow. We measured the tree and marked on the fence how tall it was.
