Health and Wellbeing

P,E, with Joe Wicks you-tube 19th May ’20

Now it’s time to get dancing.. Make this the best day of your life!

Sometimes it can be difficult when the weather is not so good and you can’t spend as much time outdoors. Here are some activities to make you feel calm and relaxed. The good news is the rain has to stop on Wednesday! Woohoo!

Time to bring all that excitement down and learn some yoga to help you stretch out and relax.

Here is some lovely relaxing art work for you to do. Hope you have paints at home and maybe you could borrow a paint brush from your parent. to help create this effect. You could also maybe even paint an old slab in your garden and help bring some beautiful colour to your garden. Sign it and date it as a memory of your time during lock- down.  I would love to see a photo of some of your beautiful abstract creations!

I hope you enjoyed your day of learning! I bet you can.t get the Prime number rap out of your head Hahaha! Enjoy the rest of your day children. Stay safe and God bless.
