 50th Anniversary of Earth Day                                                                                                                      

 

 

Earth Day is a global initiative that happens every year on April 22nd. Around the world, people come together to celebrate the beauty and importance of nature and to raise awareness of how important it is to look after our planet. This year, Earth Day is all about taking action. People are thinking about different ways in which they can help look after our environment. Obviously this year is slightly different and people can’t be as as active as they would normally be. But we can still think and plan on how we could take action.
