Morning everyone.
Hope you are all enjoying the sunshine and taking this opportunity to do activities outside. Can you all remember the things you must remember to do before you venture outside in the sunny weather.
- Remember to put suncream on before going out.
- Wear a hat and sunglasses if possible.
- Drink plenty of water so you don’t dehydrate.
- Stay in the shade and maybe go indoors for a little while, its especially hot between 11-2 this is a good time to go inside.
