The children have been very excited this week as we started on our Victorian topic. They are all really interested and eager to learn more. We have talked about what they already know(which is impressive) and what they want to know, again a varied and interesting selection.
We have finished our block on money and next week go on to ‘Time’.
This week we have started on our class novel – “Awful Auntie” by David Walliams and have already had lots of laughter. The children wrote a character description, using adjectives and did a super job.
The children have completed their bridge challenge and here are some photos of the results. They did need reminding that a car needs to be able to get on and off the bridge however!!
