Learning ideas for today…<\/p>\n
Literacy<\/strong><\/p>\nPractice your sight words (reading and writing)<\/p>\nWriting Task: Last week we looked at bossy words…<\/p>\n<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Now think about brushing your teeth. Its something we do 2 or 3 times a day to keep our teeth healthy. Look at the attachment below, its a picture sequence of how we brush our teeth.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/public\/seafieldps\/uploads\/sites\/2993\/2020\/06\/05162345\/brush-your-teeth.pdf\">brush your teeth<\/a><\/p>\n<p>You could even go to the bathroom and brush your own teeth before this task to help you think about all the actions and the order you do them in.<\/p>\n<p>Use the pictures to help you write ‘bossy’ sentences that match the pictures. Or draw your own set of picture instructions about how to brush your teeth.<\/p>\n<p>To put your instructions to the test, why don’t you get someone to use your instructions and see how well they are able to brush their teeth when following them!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Number<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Number grid activity<\/p>\n<p>Taking away within 10. Play the Lazy Lambs game on Education City.<\/p>\n<p>Use a dice to roll a number and take it away from 10. Remember you can use your 10 frame to help you!
