It is on display outside our class.<\/li>\n<li>Basketball was great fun this week and our skills are really developing.<\/li>\n<li>We are working on our Airport for All competition entry &#8211; designing a sustainable Edinburgh Airport.<\/li>\n<li>We really enjoyed our addition challenges this week adding large numbers\u00a0 &#8211; tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands and millions.<\/li>\n<li>Writing this week was good as we used lots of adjectives to describe a stormy night.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Green for Growth-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We were working on multiple calculations using our 4 operations this week but some of us found this tricky mixing add, subtract , multiply and divide so we went back to focussing on a particular operation each day.<\/li>\n<li>Using different language and word problems during mental maths\u00a0 &#8211; plus, minus, difference between etc.<\/li>\n<li>Remembering to do our class jobs &#8211; make sure devices are on charge, resources put away, make sure lids are on pens and glue sticks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Its been another busy week this week in class where the children have been working together developing their metaskills as they plan to enter a STEM competition.
