{"id":6456,"date":"2026-06-19T14:06:18","date_gmt":"2026-06-19T13:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/?p=6456"},"modified":"2026-06-19T14:06:18","modified_gmt":"2026-06-19T13:06:18","slug":"primary-2-3-friday-19th-june","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/2026\/06\/19\/primary-2-3-friday-19th-june\/","title":{"rendered":"Primary 2\/3 Friday 19th June"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We&#8217;ve had a fantastic week in Primary 2\/3 and we&#8217;ve all enjoyed different aspects of Health Week.<\/p>\n<p>Tickled Pink (things that we feel went well):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have been working on multiplication and division word problems and we found that drawing pictures to help us to understand the problems was helpful.<\/li>\n<li>It was exciting finding out about our classes and teachers for next year and we enjoyed the Moving On session.<\/li>\n<li>We enjoyed having such a great variety of activities during Health Week and it was interesting at the end of the week when we created Diamond 9&#8217;s with the activities on offer and noticed that everyone had chosen a different order.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Green for Growth (things that we need to do to improve our learning)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Several people were absent so we didn&#8217;t achieve our collective goal of walking 100 miles while doing the Daily Mile, we&#8217;d like to continue this and\u00a0 hopefully we can reach our target early next week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our school value award winners for this week are Olivia C for being responsible and Molly for being kind.
