We have had a busy and enjoyable time in school this week. The children have shown great enthusiasm across different aspects of learning throughout the week.<\/p>\n
One of the highlights was Rights Day<\/strong>, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. The children had lots of fun taking part in activities that helped them understand their rights and the importance of kindness, respect, and fairness. Through discussions, creative work, and teamwork, they explored what it means to feel safe, listened to, and valued. It was a day full of smiles, thoughtful ideas, and meaningful conversations. Some activities the children enjoyed included the return of the Smoothie bike, orienteering and enacting drama scripts linked to the articles.<\/p>\n Some comments from learners:<\/strong><\/p>\n Annie: I love Rights Day because we get to do fun activities and I am a champ so I get to host it.<\/p>\n Frankie: It’s fun with friends<\/p>\n Amelia: It’s good to learn about Rights<\/p>\n Harvey: It’s fun to be healthy and play<\/p>\n Frankie: It’s fun<\/p>\n Jason: I like the smoothie bike because it gives me cardio even if it makes me feel a bit unwell after!<\/p>\n Sophia: I like Rights Day because I like doing drama<\/p>\n Harley: I like Rights Day because we are able to do different activities, we learn about what we should have and how we should behave towards others.<\/p>\n Alongside this, the children have been working hard in class, engaging positively with their learning and supporting one another. We are very proud of the effort they are putting in and the positive attitudes they are showing each day.<\/p>\n Thank you, as always, for your continued support.
