We learned that tartan is made from vertical and horizontal lines and is a repeated pattern sequence. We tried out our new line techniques and created our own Scottish tartan!<\/li>\n<li>We have been learning all about Scottish animals and we drew our chosen animal and then stuck it on top of our tartan to create a fantastically Scottish picture. We are so proud of these that we have decided to put them on the wall outside our classroom door for everyone to see.<\/li>\n<li>In HWB this week we wrote all about our wonderful memories from 2024 and made some new year resolutions that we would like to work on for 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Green for Growth:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We have started to look at our times-tables in numeracy and are finding it a little tricky but we are excited to work hard next week to get better at them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The lead learners this week are Murren for being respectful and Harriet for being kind.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have had a wonderful first week back to school!
