We have also been stamping 3D shapes to find out about their faces.<\/li>\n<li>In literacy this week we have been focusing on vowels, a e i o u. We have been learning to read words that have a vowel in the middle like h-a-t or b-u-s.<\/li>\n<li>For topic this week we were doing Billy Goats Gruff and we had to work in a team to design and build a bridge to help the goats get across.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Green for Growth:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Some children were finding it quite tricky to blend sounds together to read words &#8211; we will continue to practise this daily.<\/li>\n<li>We are learning how to count in French and are finding it a bit tricky to remember all the new words.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lead Learners next week are Olivia C and Iver.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Have a great weekend,<\/p>\n<p>Mrs Wallace<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tickled Pink: We have been focusing on 3D shapes again and had fun playing a game called &#8216;Corners&#8217; during outdoor learning.
