{"id":3348,"date":"2024-05-03T13:07:00","date_gmt":"2024-05-03T12:07:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/?p=3348"},"modified":"2024-05-03T13:07:00","modified_gmt":"2024-05-03T12:07:00","slug":"primary-5-6-friday-3rd-may-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/2024\/05\/03\/primary-5-6-friday-3rd-may-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Primary 5\/6 Friday 3rd May 2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tickled Pink<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>During outdoor learning, we found a new area which we named Jess&#8217;s Jungle.\u00a0 When we found an abandoned tent we decided to be explorers and created our own dens.<\/li>\n<li>We wrote explanation texts to explain about Seafield Gala Day and did a fantastic job peer and self assessing these.<\/li>\n<li>We enjoyed trying hurdles in our PE lesson and found that &#8216;Jump Master Jake&#8217; excelled with these.<\/li>\n<li>We loved being an audience for the P2\/3 assembly and really enjoyed their French weather song.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green for Growth<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We found time durations difficult to grasp during our maths lessons.<\/li>\n<li>Although we understood the importance of scale we found it tricky trying to do our own drawings to scale.<\/li>\n<li>During a cool down game in PE, chosen by Henry, we found it difficult trying to think of lots of different ways to move.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Lead Learner Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Lead Learners this week were Matthew and Julia and they were please to report that everyone managed to achieve their sitting safely on a chair target.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tickled Pink During outdoor learning, we found a new area which we named Jess&#8217;s Jungle.\u00a0 When we found an abandoned tent we decided to be explorers and created our own dens.
