{"id":1594,"date":"2022-04-01T12:38:25","date_gmt":"2022-04-01T12:38:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/?p=1594"},"modified":"2022-04-01T12:38:25","modified_gmt":"2022-04-01T12:38:25","slug":"primary-2-3-friday-1st-april","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/2022\/04\/01\/primary-2-3-friday-1st-april\/","title":{"rendered":"Primary 2\/3 &#8211; Friday 1st April"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Learning highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We enjoyed learning about Easter around the world and working on Easter related tasks on Seesaw.<\/li>\n<li>It was fun painting symmetrical butterflies and colouring symmetrical eggs.<\/li>\n<li>We looked back on our learning this term and completed our Term 3 Reflections sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Our knowledge of times tables helped us to complete Spring themed colouring sheets.<\/li>\n<li>We finished reading The Sleekit Mr Tod and compared it to the film Fantastic Mr Fox.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tricky Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We revisited French months of the year as we had difficulty remembering them.<\/li>\n<li>It was tricky trying to draw the other half of symmetrical shapes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lead Learner Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Lead Learners Jack and Georgia did a fantastic job of\u00a0 looking out for people who were achieving the targets they set of:-<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>using a loud and clear voice during reading<\/li>\n<li>showing good sitting during times on the carpet<\/li>\n<li>showing good manners<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Well done to everyone in Primary 2\/3 as they managed to fill a whole page in the Lead Learner Log of children who were on target.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s been a busy and fun term and we hope you all have a lovely Easter break.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learning highlights We enjoyed learning about Easter around the world and working on Easter related tasks on Seesaw.
