{"id":1568,"date":"2022-03-18T13:52:50","date_gmt":"2022-03-18T13:52:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/?p=1568"},"modified":"2022-03-18T13:53:34","modified_gmt":"2022-03-18T13:53:34","slug":"primary-2-3-14th-march-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.glowscotland.org.uk\/wl\/seafieldps\/2022\/03\/18\/primary-2-3-14th-march-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Primary 2\/3 &#8211; Week Beginning 14th March 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Learning Highlights<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We made bird kites during our Buddy session to celebrate British Science Week.<\/li>\n<li>Thinking about our bodies as starfish helped us feel calm during a mindfulness activity.<\/li>\n<li>We tried really hard to think about presentation when we were doing our Literacy work on sentences and many of us were really proud of our efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Everyone loved our Scavenger Hunt and Red Bingo during Red Nose Day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tricky Tasks<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Creating our own tesselation drawings using 2d shapes and also digitally using the Ipads was fun but really tricky.<\/li>\n<li>We worked as a team to create a tower using cups and lollipop sticks and we needed to show determination and perseverance to complete the tasks.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lead Learner Update<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our Lead Learners Ben and Imogen chose the following targets for this week and worked hard to find people who were achieving these targets.<\/p>\n<p><strong>making sensible choices\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><strong>keeping lids on pens\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/strong><strong>perfect presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Learning Highlights We made bird kites during our Buddy session to celebrate British Science Week.
