Walking is a great exercise for your body and mind and it\u2019s not every day we have this good weather in Scotland. To make it more interesting we can have some challenges with our family. here some examples:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>First to see a bird can chose someone to do 5 star jumps.<\/li>\n<li>First to see a dog can chose someone to do 5 spins.<\/li>\n<li>First to see a rainbow can chose someone to do 10 second dance move.<\/li>\n<li>First to see a yellow flower can chose someone to do 5 second sprint.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Then you can start again or come up with your own challenges.<\/p>\n<p>remember to keep safe, stay local and have fun<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hello everyone, For today\u2019s PE we\u2019re going to have a couple of challenges. \u00a0First why not going for a walk?
