Discard the piece you cut off.<\/li>\n<li>Slide the sock over the end of the bottle so it&#8217;s stretched tight across the hole. It shouldn&#8217;t cover the drinking end of the bottle.<\/li>\n<li>Secure the sock to the bottle with a rubber band.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>How to Make Bubble Snakes<\/h3>\n<p>This is the fun part!
