Leave you here some Spanish translations.<\/p>\n<p><u>Good morning<\/u> \u2013 \u201cBuenos Dias\u201d<\/p>\n<p><u>Hello<\/u> \u2013 \u201cHola\u201d<\/p>\n<p><u>How are you<\/u>? \u2013 \u201ccomo estas?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>We then talk about how we are feeling today (happy, sad, tired, and excited). We find how does the weather look like and what day it is \u2013 You can do your calendar book.<\/p>\n<p>And we finish our circle time sharing the last day news. Check Lorna\u2019s video<\/p>\n<p><strong>Art-<\/strong> <strong>Donut Shop<\/strong> -Setup a Donut Shop Role Play Area in your house to pretend you are selling donuts today!<\/p>\n<p>Paint the donuts cut from recycled cardboard. Use glitter, piece of card, cut magazines, seeds, stickers\u2026 Use your imagination to make different \u201cflavours\u201d and \u201ctopics\u201d. Let&#8217;s find out, how germs spread, and why it is important to wash hands with soap?<\/p>\n<p>For this activity, you will need the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Glitter<\/li>\n<li>Access to a sink<\/li>\n<li>Soap and water<\/li>\n<li>Optional: lotion<\/li>\n<li>Optional: sheet of white paper<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ask your child to use water or lotion to get their hands damp. Note that the hands should be damp but not soaking wet.<\/p>\n<p>Then sprinkle a healthy amount of glitter onto your child\u2019s palms and have your child rub their palms together. Explain that the glitter represents germs, and your child\u2019s hands are now covered in germs.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.giftofcuriosity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/How-germs-spread-1.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ask your son to give a handshake to a person next to him\/her.<\/p>\n<p>(If you don\u2019t have a second person to pass the \u201cgerms\u201d on to you, your child can also just place their palms onto a white sheet of paper and observe how many \u201cgerms\u201d are left behind when they remove their hands.)<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.giftofcuriosity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/How-germs-spread-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Now look at the other person hands and see how they are now covered in \u201cgerms\u201d as well.<\/p>\n<p>Then ask your kid to go into the bathroom and wash their hands with water only (no soap).<\/p>\n<p>Despite rinsing well, your kid still have some \u201cgerms\u201d on his hands. He\/she will learn that washing with water alone doesn\u2019t get hands very clean.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.giftofcuriosity.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/02\/How-germs-spread-5.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Then ask to wash their hands again, but this time to use soap.<\/p>\n<p>Can you see how easily germs can spread from person to person, and why washing our hands with soap is so important? Washing with water alone just doesn\u2019t do the job!
