them above your head.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 hands on the mat, on either side of your feet.\u00a0\u00a0Take a step back with your left foot and place it sideways on the mat, toes pointing to the side of the mat.\u00a0\u00a0Keeping your right knee bent and lift your chest and the rest of your body upwards.\u00a0\u00a0Straighten your arms and raise them arms overhead.\u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0
