During Collaboration Hour the nursery and P2\/1 class learned about the celebration of Lunar New Year that is coming up soon in Chinese culture. Nursery and P1 children enjoyed a range of options including costume-play, dancing, sensory exploration, traditional games and woodworking their own dragons! P2 children researched some key elements of this celebration, and used their presentation skills to teach the younger children what they learned. All children had the chance to enjoy some healthy snacks related to the event, with several children discovering a new taste they enjoyed!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
