A shorter week than usual, but this hasn’t stopped the P3s learning and doing lots.
Maths
This week the P3s were engaging with their maths activities using Numicon – a maths system using numerical shapes to visualise their strategies with great success.

Language
Spelling made fun! The P3s were playing a “Fry’s Words” chain game – where one pupil read out a word that someone else had to find on their card, and so on. I think we need to do this against the clock next time…

House Teams Potted Sports
There was a fortunate break in the bad weather on Wednesday, that coincided with the House Teams Potted Sports. 9 different sports activities in quick succession were enjoyed by everone. Well done to the P7s for organising such a great fun event.

P3 and the Mystery of the Hidden Tomb
Over the last couple of weeks, the P3s have been creating their own story based around the mysteries of Egypt. They created a page each of the story to form a book. Then this week, this was turned into a video book with all the narration done by the class. They hope you enjoy it as much as they did making it.
