It has been the busy week to end all busy weeks in P6 this week!!!  After months of preparation we had our performances of Beauty and the Beast.  The children had a fantastic time and were absolutely fantastic.  I was so proud of each and every one of them, and the feedback we’ve had from the shows has been incredible.  It was wonderful to see the genuine enjoyment on their faces during the production, and all the proud faces afterwards.  Thank you so much to everyone involved – it was a fantastic experience.

Next week we are finishing off the term with a visit to the Vue in Livingston to watch the new Beauty and the Beast film (it’s going to have a hard job beating our version!).  If you’d like to see some pictures of the show please follow us on twitter at wlkirkhill where we’ve posted some pictures.  Mr Robertson has also put together a slide show we’re hoping to send that home with the children along with the DVDs when they come back from the videographer.
