Kirkhill does Comic Relief

Today we celebrated Red Nose day for Comic Relief. P7/6 wrote and performed their own assembly this morning to family and the whole school – and what an entertaining show it was! Miss Sutherland is very proud of all the hard work put in by all of the class. We sold our of noses super fast! Especially as all the class wanted to find the elusive Frankenose. We have raised over £260!

Football Tournament

On Monday, the P7s went to Broxburn Academy to take part in a football tournament. All the children displayed exemplary behaviour. They all did a fantastic job at this transition event. Next up – Camp and Non-Camp Activities!

Dynamic Earth

We had our educational trip to Dynamic Earth on Thursday. We thoroughly enjoyed this and learned more about the world. Most of us represented the school really well.

This Week

This week is our last week before the holidays. P6 enjoyed a trip to the cinema this morning to watch Beauty and the Beast and P7 will be Cracking the Easter Code on Wednesday. We have our second house rally on Wednesday afternoon and Dress Down Day on Thursday before going to the Church Service on Friday. What a busy week ahead!
