The Primary 5 and 6 children (Miss Dunn, Miss Thomson and Miss Docherty too) have had a great first day at Benmore.  After stopping for lunch at Luss they made their way to Benmore where they met the instructors and enjoyed some juice and biscuits.  They all were shown their bedrooms and then split into three groups did different activities: indoor climbing; gorge walking and cycling.  All of the children did really well at challenging themselves and persevering.

After afternoon activities everyone met up to have a chat about the planned activities for the next few days whilst enjoying cake and juice:)  The staff were very impressed with some of the interesting bed making techniques on display. After dinner tonight they are all heading for a night walk.
